For small & mid-sized businesses

Better sales systems. A project you can actually approve.

Growing businesses need dependable CRM data, automation, integrations, and reporting. You should be able to address a specific problem with a clear scope and a price you understand.

Talk About Your Setup
01

Work directly with the person doing the work.

The person understanding the requirement is the same person responsible for making the solution work.

I work with the people closest to the problem, keep communication direct, and make responsibilities clear before implementation.

02

Start small enough to prove the value.

Begin with a diagnostic from $950 or a focused sprint from $1,500. Prioritize the highest-cost friction, agree on a deliverable, and evaluate the next step after that work is done.

Larger projects can be broken into phases. You don’t have to approve a complete transformation to start making progress.

03

Make the tools you own earn their place.

Before buying another subscription, look at the current setup. Could a simpler workflow, a cleaned-up report, or a better handoff solve the problem?

When new software is warranted, consider integration, ownership, and adoption alongside features.

04

Keep ownership of the solution.

You receive the roadmap, documentation, and a practical handoff. Your team can implement the plan internally or engage me to do the work.

My experience spans Salesforce ownership at Baxter, large-record data integration at KCF, and sales technology training at AssetWatch.

Tell Me What’s Not Working
You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.

Free 25-minute conversation. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you.
