Pricing & engagement options

Start small enough to prove the value.

You don’t need a six-figure engagement to improve your sales infrastructure. Start with a defined problem, a clear scope, and a price you understand before work begins.

Talk Through the Problem

Tell me what’s happening. I’ll ask about the business, the process, and the systems involved. If there’s a useful next step, I’ll explain it. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you that too.

  • Talk through the problem in your own words
  • Identify whether a review or a focused fix makes sense
  • No pitch deck. No commitment.
A defined problem. A clear deliverable.

Focused sprint

Starting at $1,500
Scope My Project

For a specific issue that needs to get fixed. Typical focused scopes are $1,500–$3,000, depending on the work involved.

  • Salesforce cleanup and CRM usability
  • Reporting rebuilds and pipeline redesign
  • Lead routing and workflow automation
  • Data cleanup, testing, and documentation
A scoped first phase

Implementation

Starting at $3,000
Plan an Implementation

For larger improvements involving multiple workflows, integrations, migration, or substantial configuration. I break initiatives into sensible phases instead of one open-ended project.

  • Agree on requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Plan configuration, data, and integrations together
  • Build, test, document, and support the launch
  • Full deployments and complex integrations receive a custom quote
Consistent help as the business changes

Fractional support

From $1,500/month
Discuss Fractional Support

For companies that need ongoing Salesforce or revenue systems support. Typical starting scopes are $1,500–$3,500/month, with hours, priorities, and response expectations agreed in writing.

  • Backlog management and administration
  • Development, automation, and integrations
  • Reporting, data quality, and troubleshooting
  • Systems strategy and team enablement

Final pricing depends on agreed scope. Third-party licenses and platform fees are separate. A request does not commit you to paid work, and this site does not collect payment.

Not sure which one you need?

You don’t have to diagnose the solution before we talk.

Tell me what’s happening. We’ll work out whether a diagnostic, a focused project, or ongoing help makes sense.

Tell Me What’s Not Working

A few fair questions.

Do I have to hire you to implement the roadmap?

No. The diagnostic is a standalone engagement. Take the roadmap to your team, give it to another provider, or ask me to implement it.

Can you work with our admin or RevOps lead?

Yes. We can agree on a specific backlog item or workstream, define responsibilities, and document the result for your team.

What if the problem is smaller than we thought?

Then the scope should reflect that. I won’t recommend a rebuild when a contained fix makes more sense.

Do you require a long-term commitment?

Diagnostics and sprints are standalone engagements. Ongoing support terms are agreed separately.

What happens when I send a request?

Your request is saved for review. Calendar booking and email notifications are not connected on this site, so submission does not schedule a meeting or send a confirmation email.

You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.
