Salesforce should make selling easier.

If it doesn’t, something needs attention.

I help growing businesses turn Salesforce from a database people tolerate into useful sales infrastructure.

Tell Me What’s Wrong With Salesforce
01

A CRM reflects the decisions behind it.

Unclear sales stages become confusing opportunity records. Unclear ownership becomes routing problems. Bad process becomes bad automation. Bad definitions become bad reporting.

Before changing configuration, I want to understand the business rule we’re trying to support. That’s how we avoid replacing one workaround with another.

02

Make the daily work simpler.

Start with where the team loses time, where data becomes unreliable, and where managers can’t get an answer. Then improve the configuration around those needs.

  • Sales process, lead ownership, and opportunity structure
  • Layouts, usability, Salesforce Flow, and data quality
  • Reporting, dashboards, security, and permissions
  • Integrations, migration, documentation, and training
03

Start with a diagnosis you can act on.

A focused diagnostic starts at $950. We agree on the workflow and scope, review the relevant setup, and document priorities, quick wins, dependencies, and implementation considerations.

You own the roadmap. Execute it internally, use another provider, or hire me to build it.

Experience with both platform ownership and data at scale.

I currently own the Salesforce instance supporting sales enablement at Baxter. At KCF Technologies, my work included integrating more than 300,000 managed records into sandbox and production environments.

That experience informs how I think about data relationships, usable reporting, administration, and the people who have to work in the system every day.

You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.

Free 25-minute conversation. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you.
