Revenue operations & GTM systems

Your GTM stack should behave like one system.

Your team shouldn’t have to move the data by hand.

I help growing companies connect the processes, technology, and data between lead generation and revenue.

Start with the customer journey.

A lead is captured, enriched, and assigned. A rep makes contact. An opportunity becomes a quote, a closed deal, a finance handoff, and a customer relationship. Leadership needs to report on the whole journey.

Every transition needs an owner, an operating rule, and the right information. Those are the places I look first.

02

Get clear on what each system should do.

A useful architecture answers the questions your team keeps working around.

  • Should Salesforce own this data? Where should it originate?
  • Why are reps entering the same information twice?
  • Why don’t finance and sales agree?
  • Do we need both tools? What should happen automatically?
  • Who owns the handoff—and the exception when it fails?
03

Buy technology after you understand the system.

More software doesn’t automatically improve operations. The right project may be a new platform, an integration between existing tools, or retiring something the business no longer needs.

The recommendation should follow the business requirement, with implementation and adoption considered before a purchase.

Build the process, then make it work.

I can help define lead lifecycles, territories, qualification, BDR-to-AE handoffs, opportunity stages, quote processes, renewals, and KPIs—and implement the workflows and reporting behind them.

My background includes sales forecasting, performance dashboards, sales technology training, and work across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Power BI.

You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.

Free 25-minute conversation. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you.
