Michael Santoria

I’ve been on the inside of the sales operation.

That’s why I approach Salesforce differently.

My background sits between sales operations, Salesforce administration, data, automation, and the day-to-day work of supporting people who are trying to sell.

The CRM is where reps work, managers forecast, and leadership expects answers. When it doesn’t work well, everybody feels it.

01

Experience inside the growth.

I’ve helped support a business development organization as it grew from 4 to 24 representatives. I’ve also worked inside a company during a three-year period of growth from approximately $1M to $20M ARR.

Those are company milestones I supported through reporting, training, process development, and operational coordination. They are not revenue gains I claim to have created alone.

Baxter International

Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement · January 2026–present

I own the Salesforce instance supporting the sales enablement function, serve as a central contact for CRM requests, and connect business needs with administration priorities. The work keeps platform improvements aligned with how the team operates.

03

KCF Technologies

Senior Sales Operations Analyst · September 2024–August 2025

My work included integrating more than 300,000 managed records into Salesforce sandbox and production environments, maintaining data integrity, analyzing sales performance, and developing dashboards. I worked across teams to align technical requirements with sales needs.

04

AssetWatch

Sales Support Specialist · July 2021–September 2024

I supported customer-facing teams, analyzed sales trends and data flows, developed sales technology training, and improved reporting and technical documentation. That connected CRM usability, onboarding, and day-to-day execution.

05

I build software, too.

I developed MLBGPT, a baseball analytics and reporting product that combines external APIs, automated data workflows, dashboards, predictive models, and self-service reporting.

Building a product makes the connection between data, engineering, and the person using the result very concrete.

06

What you can expect from me.

I will ask questions. I’ll want to understand how the work actually happens, including the workarounds that never made it into the process document.

I’ll explain recommendations in business terms, and I won’t recommend a rebuild simply because it creates a larger project. If a smaller fix makes more sense, I’ll tell you.

The goal is to make the sales operation work better.

You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.

Free 25-minute conversation. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you.
